Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required for specialised treatments before the scheduled appointment. For appointments longer than one hour, a 20% deposit of the total treatment cost is required.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to attend or cancel at short notice may result in the deposit being retained or a new deposit being required for future bookings.
